Data contracts and organisation structure

·1 min

What’s the right organisational structure for a successful data contracts implementation?

The reality is every organisational structure is imperfect, and you’re unlikely to be in one that explicitly aligns you with your data producers.

You’re also unlikely to be in a position to change your organisation structure just to meet your goals for this program.

So, you just have to work through the organisational structure you’ve got.

It’s hard, because you’re hitting those organisational barriers! Conways law is working against you.

But it’s not impossible.
