It’s best to start off with a collaboration. Find a good PoC you can do with a team that produces some data you depend on and work with them to build a basic implementation of data contracts that works for you and them.

While it would be perfect if it was, this doesn’t have to be the most critical dataset! But one where the team has a good understanding of the value of the data and the time to work on this with you.

Once you’ve proved the value, shout about it, and start with a few other teams.

Then, if all goes well, you can start getting management buy-in for greater rollout and more investment in the data contracts platform.
