What do you want from your data?

Do you want it to be fast changing?

You’ll keep coming up with different ways to represent those same core models that define your business.

You’ll say it’s “agile”, or “innovative“, but there’s little gain in business value - certainly when you factor in the costs of taking those actions, and the impact they have.

Or, do you favour stability?

You define your core data models, and do your best not to make breaking changes to them.

They may not be perfect, but they’re good, and they meet the requirements of your consumers.

They can then build their analytics, ML models, and other data-driven services on top of them, and they deliver significant business value.

You can’t have both…

What would you choose?
