Data contracts-driven tooling, and a webinar with STRM

·1 min

Next Thursday I’ll be discussing data contracts and how they pave the way for effective enforcement on a webinar hosted by STRM.

We’ll be discussing:

  • Hands-on experience from data contract implementers
  • Pros and cons of how agreements on data can be enforced
  • Future directions to increase safe and fast data usability

It’s at 5pm CET / 4pm GMT / 11am EST on the 1st February and will be hosted on LinkedIn.

Do come and join us!

Aside from that, you might also be interested in checking out PACE, a Policy ACode Engine, which STRM open-sourced a few months back.

While I haven’t yet tried it out myself, I think it’s an interesting example of a tool driven by data contracts. It aligns with my ideas on a contract-based data platform, and similar to closed-sourced tooling I’ve built.

Hopefully it’s an early example of the many tools that could potentially be build on an open data contract standard.
