Data quality can only be improved at the source.

If the source of the data isn’t capturing the data at the required accuracy, there’s nothing you can do later to increase the accuracy.

If the source of data isn’t available to query, then you can’t make it available to your users.

If the source of the data is providing data once a day, there’s nothing you can do later to make it more timely.

If the source of the data isn’t providing a complete set of data, there’s nothing you can do to make it more complete.
