You can change your organisation

No matter where you are in your organisation, you have the ability to change it.

You can work from the bottom up. You do that by bringing other people on board, across the organisation, and working together. You do that by communicating effectively and consistently about what you want to change and why. You do that by starting extracurricular activities that help support that change.

You don’t need to wait for permission. You don’t need to wait for a C-level to back you.

Start small, dream big.
