Last weekend I ran the Cambridge Boundary Run half marathon for the first time.

Looking for a change and a challenge, I joined the Broxbourne Rowing Clubs Learn to Row course last October.

A few weeks ago my wife and I ran the Takeley 10k.

Last weekend I completed the 2011 London to Cambridge Bike Ride in roughly 4 hours 30 mins, including a half hour stop about half way.

Next Sunday I will be doing the London to Cambridge bike ride in order to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Last Sunday I ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon.
