Cambridge Boundary Run 2017
Last weekend I ran the Cambridge Boundary Run half marathon for the first time. Nice course, very flat and although some of it was off-road for the most part it wasn’t too muddy.

Looking for a change and a challenge, I joined the Broxbourne Rowing Clubs Learn to Row course last October.
A few weeks ago my wife and I ran the Takeley 10k. Was a nice route along the old railway line, and almost all off road, though still quite flat and even. Thankfully well shaded, as it was a pretty hot day.

Last weekend I completed the 2011 London to Cambridge Bike Ride in roughly 4 hours 30 mins, including a half hour stop about half way. So I guess thats an average of 15 Mph while cycling, which is pretty good :-)
Next Sunday I will be doing the London to Cambridge bike ride in order to raise money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Apparently 1 in 5 people in Britain will get cancer at some point in their life, so its worth supporting these charities.

Last Sunday I ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon. I think I did quite well, but am still a bit disappointed.
